A seasonal Italian menu inspired by the regional cuisines of Italy. Signature dishes include Fettuccine alla Carbonara with guanciale and a farm fresh egg, the Fig & Gorgonzola Pizza, and the House-Aged Rib-eye “Fiorentina.”
